Pricing FAQ.

Is the 7-day trial really free?
Yes. No credit card to start. Full access to every Base plan feature for 7 days. If you don’t subscribe at the end of the trial, your account pauses. Nothing gets charged.
Are drivers and orders really unlimited?
Yes. Run 1 driver or 30. Process 50 orders a month or 5,000. Pricing stays flat.
What’s the difference between Base and Plus?
Plus adds two things on top of Base: custom text notifications (up to 1,000 messages a month for booking confirmations and reminders) and deeper analytic dashboards (asset utilization, profit and loss, landfill cost tracking). Everything else is the same.
Do I pay separately for card processing?
The platform is included in your monthly subscription. Card and ACH processing fees through Tiger Payment Solutions are billed per transaction at industry-competitive rates. Talk to us for exact rates based on your volume.
Can I switch between Base and Plus?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What does onboarding include?
A dedicated specialist walks you through setup, imports your existing clients and inventory, configures QuickBooks sync, and trains your team. Included in every plan, no extra fee.
Is there a contract or commitment?
