How long does it take to switch from my current software?

Most haulers are running on iCans within 5 business days. We import customers, assets, and open invoices from CSV, QuickBooks, or your previous platform. A real human helps.

What does the QuickBooks integration actually do?

Two-way sync. Invoices, payments, customers, and tax rates flow both ways automatically. No double entry, no end-of-month surprise.

Month to month. Cancel anytime. We will even export your data on the way out. It is yours.

Do you charge per driver or per dispatcher?

No. Flat $99/mo (Base) or $159/mo (Plus) per business. Add as many users as you want.

Will my drivers actually use the app?

Yes. We tested it with crews who said they had never used a smartphone for work. Offline-first, three taps to a stop. Training is usually 20 minutes per driver.
